Initial consultation:
Upon initial contact, We will assess and provide an outline of what your project will entail. We will make you aware of what consultants your project should require, as well as what the local reviewing jurisdiction may require.
Preliminary Proposal:
This phase is all about setting expectations. We take your project scope and translate into a preliminary drafting cost estimate. giving you a clear understanding of potential investment for our fees before moving forward.
Site visit:
If your project requires a site visit, most projects requires this for initial site analysis, We will travel to you to gather all necessary information, take measurements and to analyze site conditions, verify local setbacks, and ensure your goals align with the local codes and regulations
Preliminary Layout:
During preliminary layout phase, we develop Initial floor plan concept, based on your needs and project goals. This gives you the opportunity to review, request revisions, and approve the floor plan layout before we move forward with the full construction plan set.
construction documents:
Once the floor plan is approved by You ''the client'', we move forward into the construction drawings phase. this is where we develop complete Set of detailed plans and coordinate with any require consultants to ensure your project is ready for permitting and construction.
Project submittal:
Once we have completed the plan set, all necessary consultant work is done, and gather all necessary property and client documentation, we move onto submittal. in this phase, we act as your representative during plan review. we submit the project, where electronic submittal are permitted, and coordinate directly with the plan check department to address comments and keep your project moving forward.
Approved construction Set & Permit:
You receive a complete approved set of Plans "blueprints" with a Permit Card approved to start building.
On-site Design Consultation:
On the construction phase we work with you, "the client'' and collaborate with the contractor, providing site visits and physical materials samples for you, this makes you aware and informative to make better choices to incorporate material into the project.
